Likelihood with McDonald Score

A suggested improvement for the likelihood is to incorporate the McDonald score (MS) into the likelihood method by weighting objects in the QSO catalog according to a magnitude/redshift score:

I'm not seeing much difference between the old likelihood and the "like pat" as Adam calls it. I've attached some plots. The green is the new "like pat" with the McDonald score incorporated into the targeting. The white lines are the likelihood as we've been doing them in the past. The histograms pretty much fall on top of each other in most places which is why you can't see the white line.
